Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, two-bath property features granite countertops, a smart TV, and lovely forest views of a mountain. This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people, with a queen in the master and 2 twin beds in the guest room. This townhome is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Short walk to the year round amenities Mammoth Estates has to offer such as the Game Room, Jacuzzi and Sauna. Take a plunge in the beautiful pool in hot summer months or just soak in the sun surrounded by beautiful landscape. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. I rented three condos at the same time. All three were great. They just need to upgrade their microwaves and their stoves little old fashion. and one other thing, June was the best.

Great stay! While an older condo, it was clean and well maintained. Parking was never an issue and the Village is a short walk away. Even the walk back from the Village Gondola uphill in ski boots wasn’t too much of a chore. Would stay here again.

Came here for spring break with my three teenagers. We really enjoyed the warmth of the home, the clubhouse and proximity to the village. We will definitely come back.
