Welcome to Peace of Paradise - A New Vacation Rental with Property Manager!
Our jungle get-away surrounded by an acre of fruit trees and tropical landscaping is the perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. This home will make you wish you never had to leave! Individual bungalows separated by walkways and decks create living spaces as unique and beautiful as the surrounding gardens, allowing you to truly feel a part of the outdoors. There are three separate living areas (detached bungalows) connected by decks and walk ways. Both the bedroom and living room bungalows feature large floor to ceiling windows, giving you a wonderful peak into the lush setting
The first bungalow is a large open living room with a (small) TV and DVD player. Note: There is no cable or satellite here. This space can be an entertainment room – for movies or games, a great place to meditate, or even curl up with a good book. There are sleeping mats in the living room for extra guests.
Across the lanai from the living area is the second bungalow and the charming master bedroom ensuite. Sleeping commodities include a comfortable full size bed in the bedroom with mosquito netting. The lovely soaking tub is a favorite spot to relax and look out over the garden, through the surrounding windows – you have complete privacy. Behind the bedroom outside is an enclosed outdoor shower for quick convenient rinse offs.
Please expect to share your space with some of our friendly Hawaii geckos, lizards, coqui frogs, birds, and plants.
The lush tropical landscaping includes numerous citrus, mango, lychee and starfruit trees. The pond feature which leads over a small bridge to a Zen-like garden makes this a calm and beautiful getaway that is not to be missed.

Peace of Paradise was truly a gem and a pleasure to call home for 4 nights. The tropical lush grounds made you feel a world away, and that’s exactly where I wanted be. Location was great for our daily explorations of the Hilo side of the island. The neighborhood dog visitors were surely a perk for us, may not be for some. The wildlife at night does get quite audible. It wasn’t an issue for us and truly added to the experience of checking out of reality. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs. Peace of Paradise was perfect for us. Mahalo.

We loved our stay at Peace of Paradise. We didn't realize that air conditioning not always available on the Island, however nights were very comfortable. There are people next door that make happy sounds, but you can't see them. I will stay at Peace of Paradise again when visiting family.
