You are sure to enjoy this 4th floor premium unit. This is a beautifully decorated, large spacious vacation paradise. There is a nice walk in shower in the master bath suite as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. You will enjoy the large balcony just off of the dining room and living room. Seaside has 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, 2 great grilling areas, tennis courts and a fitness room. Seaside is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities within one mile. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

COASTAL PORPERTIES WAS FRIENDLY AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH
MGR AT CONDO ANOTHER STORY. DOUBLE CHARGED MY SON TO PARK ( ONLY HAD 2 VEHICLES ) AND WOULD NOT REFUND IT.
WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE WHEN SHE CALLED. STILL WORKING ON THIS ISSUE. ITS NOT THE $30 ITS THE ETHICS AND THE WAY THEY ARE DEALING WITH IT. ( HAVE BOTH PASSESS TO PROVE ) MGT AT CONDO VERY INCOMPETENT AND UNFRIENDLY
