This home was so spacious for our party of 12. The views were amazing! It snowed the first day we arrived and since the house is up on a hill, the snow didn';t completely melt there which we took full advantage of :) also I highly recommend a 4 wheel drive to get to this house.

This house turned out to be in the perfect location for our trip. We traveled with our friends and their two teens and all fell in love with the house and location. It was tucked back off a very quiet street where neighbors walked their dogs most nights. We had a friendly fox that visited until the neighborhood got too busy. It was easy to run into town for groceries or eating out on Main Street, along with going down to Frisco or Dillon. There was a lot of room for all of us to space out in the afternoons or come together and play cards at night. The kitchen was very well stocked, and we were able to cook two good meals with all the necessities in the kitchen. We would also suggest taking inventory of the pantry before going to the store, as there are some leftover spices and things like aluminum foil to use on your trip. All in all, we all said we would return in a heartbeat.

The home had plenty of space for our group of 10! It was decorated nicely, and convenient to have electronic access at check-in. The home is located about 10-15 minutes from downtown Breckenridge; it is very peaceful in the neighborhood. The kitchen came fully-equipped with all the utensils and tableware we needed for the week. There were even games and books for us to play during some of the cold, rainy days. The home itself was very kid-friendly (ages in our group ranged from 3-69 years). Pinnacle was fantastic to work with and checked in throughout our stay. We felt very prepared for our stay, and communication was great! Traveler tips: bring your own pillow if you are particular to firmer/foam pillows.
