About this house rental
Brookside is a 4100 sf affordable luxury home located 1/2 mile from Breckenridge Main Street and 1/4 mile from the town shuttle. It is a fantastic home with a gourmet kitchen. It has a King master suite, 3 queen bedrooms, one of which has a loft containing an additional 2 twin beds, and a bunk room with a queen bottom and twin top. Set up for skiing, it has a large ski room with benches and individual lockers. Just 1.5 blocks from shuttle stop or short 1/2 mile to base of Peak 9! For complete privacy, it sits on over an acre of land, so it feels totally secluded even though it's in town. The name 'Brookside' describes the unique setting of this home ~ built like a bridge over the Illinois Creek. Sitting in an aspen grove with a spectacular view of Peak 8, and the soothing sound of your own babbling brook, Brookside is the perfect getaway for ALL seasons. **We have 4 cameras. One is up high above the deck pointing at the view but not viewing the deck. Another is under the deck pointing out to the yard for wildlife encounters. The third and fourth are security cams on the front porch and the driveway. They do not record unless activated by motion and motion activation is disabled during rentals***
Breckenridge has a noise ordinance, so keep noise to a respectful level when outdoors.
Breckenridge does not allow on street parking, however, there is ample driveway parking.

We had such a lovely stay. The home was so cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed. It was such a neat house with a unique layout, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The grounds were gorgeous and the kids had so much fun playing in the snow. The host was easy to communicate with and so kind and thoughtful. 10/10 recommend!

We were two families with grown children. House was perfect and had a great time while there. Jack was always responsive and we had no issues at all while there. Hope to come back one day

Would be perfect if home had humidity control or large-scale humidifiers in each of the 3 main sections of the home. Very difficult to sleep at night due to the dryness of the air.
