Welcome to 108 Klack — a one-of-a-kind custom mountain home in the heart of Breckenridge, designed for families and groups who want space to gather, room to spread out, and easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and combines the character of a true mountain retreat with the comforts of home. Warm jewel tones, hand-painted details, custom finishes, and expansive views of the Tenmile Range give the house a character all its own.
Gather Together
The heart of the home is the open great room, kitchen, and dining area, where large windows frame beautiful mountain views.
The fully equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, generous counter space, and a large granite island with seating for three. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 8–10, making it easy to enjoy everything from leisurely breakfasts before a day on the mountain to family dinners at the end of the day.
Just off the main living area, the parlor provides another comfortable space to relax and includes a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.
Plenty of Space to Sleep & Spread Out
The home's layout works especially well for extended families and groups traveling together, with bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces spread across three levels.

One of our favorite features of the house is the spacious lower level. It creates an entirely separate gathering space and works especially well for families traveling together.
Settle into the oversized sectional for a movie, challenge someone to foosball or darts, or gather around the full-size wet bar. The lower level also includes a full-size refrigerator and large television, along with the additional sleeping accommodations.
It's a comfortable space where kids and teens can have a little independence while the adults enjoy the main level upstairs.
Your Own Outdoor Mountain Retreat
After skiing, hiking, shopping, or exploring Breckenridge, come home and unwind on the private back patio.
Enjoy a soak in the private hot tub, warm up beside the outdoor gas fireplace, or cook dinner on the gas grill while enjoying the crisp mountain air.
It's an especially wonderful place to end a snowy Breckenridge evening.

One of the best things about 108 Klack is its location.
The home is tucked into a residential setting while still putting you within easy reach of downtown Breckenridge. Walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and exploring, head to nearby Carter Park for sledding and tubing, or visit the Breckenridge Ice Arena for skating.
When it's time to ski, the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately two blocks away on French Street, providing convenient access to the slopes without having to load everyone into the car.

The house was terrific with a great location, very well equipped and maintained and spacious for a large group. The host was one of the best we’ve had in terms of communication and helpfulness.

The house was a good size for our group of 10 adults. The location was super convenient and less than a 10 minute walk to town.
For the value of the the cost per night, we were disappointed for the following reasons:
1. there was no toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived (and no offer to replenish or reimburse from the host).
2. The family Christmas decorations were still up mid-March
3. There were not enough pots and pans to realistically cook for the number of guests. The pans that were there were poor quality.
4. No curtains in some of the bedrooms
5. Stains, rips, and heavy wear on most of the furniture
6. Excessive family photos/ personal decorations and knick knacks. In addition there were random shoes / clothes all over the home.
7. Blood stains on the basement bathroom rug (ew!)
8. Garage opener does not work from the outside
