Southern Sands is now entirely SMOKE-FREE; there is a covered, designated smoking area next to the BBQ area. No smoking allowed anywhere else, including balconies.

Recently upgrated stainless steel appliances added! Stainless flat top stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker added to updated kitchen ! New Sliding Glass door living room & master bedroom for great views of the beach and gulf!!

Low density complex - only 18 units - complex is directly on the beach, and easy walking distance to the center of town! New convenience store & Island Outfitters directly across the street! Great, super low density, cozy complex.

This direct gulf front condo is fully tiled with bright, picturesque tropical decor. This condo has a private double-sized balcony directly on the beach! Great pool viewing also. Condo has all appliances, whirlpool (jacuzzi) jetted tub in hall bath w/hair dryer too. Second bath is en suite too, so private to the bedroom!

Cable TV in each room (3 Flat Screen), 2 DVDs (Living Room & Bedroom 2), CD-Stereo, Elevator, BBQ grilling area, full size Washer/Dryer available - credit/debit card service on each floor ($1.50/cycle). Free WiFi included. Parking Permits are $42/ea(2 MAX).
