This 3rd floor unit has tile throughout. It features a nice sofa sleeper and recliner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and the extra half bath is a great added feature.The direct gulf front balcony is located right off of the living room. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away.

We had a great stay. The unit was conveniently located near the elevator which we appreciated. The unit was also clean and tidy with a great view of the beach. Only a few minor things that need to be tended to....pealing ceiling over bathtub due to water damage, slow bathtub drain and missing light fixture cover in kitchen. Great stay!!
