This apartment is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath at the Property Manager, conveniently located right next to Aspen Mountain and just steps away from the gondola and Aspen town. | The apartment is about 1200 square feet. The Master bedroom has a King bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has two Twins. The updated kitchen has bar seating at the bar of the kitchen island too. The Living Room has a comfortable sofa with a TV, and wood burning fireplace. There is an extra bonus area off the living room that has a sleeper sofa and the dining room table. | Enjoy all the Property Manager amenities while staying in this apartment: housekeeping, Wi-Fi, parking, Health Spa & Fitness Center, outdoor hot tub and pool, a full concierge desk, bell man services and business center services.

Overall, the unit worked well for our needs. Only a few minor annoyances. The choice of LED lighting throughout the apartment was probably the most glaring negative. The light gives off extremely, and unnecessarily, bright illumination. The use of traditional bulbs and dimmers would help resolve this. A second issue, though small, was the water dispenser on the refigerator door needs adjusting. I was always worried the glass would break in my hands since it required pushing it hard into the mechanism in order to get the water to flow. A third issue that never got completely resolved was the WiFi continued to be unreliable. A repairman had to come twice to attend to it and it never worked at 100%. On the plus side, I especially appreciated the sliding door in the back which allowed easy access to the outside.

Overall a great stay. I appreciated the small things: new washer/dryer and microwave. Only suggestions for improvement: replace rugs/carpet which are dirty and worn; Shower head could be better in master bath; water dispenser in fridge door does not work.
