Overall a great stay. I appreciated the small things: new washer/dryer and microwave. Only suggestions for improvement: replace rugs/carpet which are dirty and worn; Shower head could be better in master bath; water dispenser in fridge door does not work.

We have stayed at The Alps many times over many years! Our accommodations and service have always been above board. Our favorite place to stay while visiting Aspen! The staff members are professional, efficient and friendly. You can’t ask for more!
