super for skiers loved all the concierge staff any thing we needed received quickly. our drivers from concierge were all very friendly the daily cleaning staff did a great job !!!

Unit 407 has a nice layout, enough room for 4 people and is well-maintained and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms are all properly-stocked and fully functional. There are very nice views from all rooms. The large bed in the main suite has a broken frame, but didn't affect our sleep. My son was stung twice by yellowjackets (?) that seem to live around the small table on the mountain-side upper deck, which limited our use of this feature. We enjoyed dips in (not-crowded) pool. There were three fairly-easy (downhill) routes to walk into town, but the (uphill) walks back to the unit weren't as easy, especially the third or fourth time each day.

My wife and I , along with our two adult sons stayed at Aspen Alps #407 in late September. We were pleased with this unit and would recommend these accommodations.
-easy check-in with friendly staff on-site. They called after we settled in and asked if we needed anything.
-clean unit: the staff came by and cleaned the unit after our first night of the two night stay. Similar to a hotel stay in that regard
-great location - we walked into town daily, no need to drive
-unit is easy to access from parking lot with no stairs to climb to get into unit. Bedrooms are on first level, each with a full bathroom . The kitchen & living room are upstairs along with a 3rd full bathroom - most other units are 2 bed/2 bath. Unit was clean , kitchen was set up for cooking and entertaining. Outstanding feature was the 3 outdoor decks, each with plenty of room.
