    Last min booking next to my work place the staff nice room v small and shower stuck in vold but fixed straight away would stay again on a offer

    Certain staff members, particularly the manager and Shweta, were very poor at customer service and helpfulness. While Shweta was ill informed, her manager was backing her misguidance to us regarding baggage storage, since we had a repeat booking. Above all, the manager was being a bit aggressive, but she was rightly put in her place. However, Ahsan who was the first one to greet us and guide us during our first stay, and also upon our return was very helpful and understanding., among other staff members.

    Our room is 10 sqm. with double bed, city view. The room is too small and the layout is bad. Normally, a small room should have underbed space for luggage, but there is none, so we cannot open 28 inch luggage on the floor (not enough space). The bed is only 4 feet, not enough for 2 people. The bath room is in the room with glass wall. The toilet is literally beside your head, just a glass between toilet and the bed. Although the location is in the middle of the city, but it's middle of pubs, too noisy too sleep and there are public toilets in front of hotels which is unpleasant.
