    I would be happy to stay here again. Location is awesome for SoHo, but here’s what you should know: I was there 5 business days and elevator/Lift didn’t work and there were no signs that they were fixing it. Okay for me, but if you have mobility issues, you may wish to reconsider. My particular room (223) had a strong musty/moldy odor. I didn’t complain and it wasn’t an issue for me. Rooms are very small, but I expected that. I checked out the breakfast before purchasing and I’m glad I did; many better options nearby for similar price. The outdoor area where you can work isn’t quite like the pictures online. See photo included in my review. Lastly, when I arrived they told me they were out of rooms of my type with working AC, so they put me in a different room (it had a queen bed). They wanted my schedule so they could switch me around the next day and when traveling on holiday, I didn’t want to be on someone else’s schedule or have them moving my bags (backpack contained fragile computer equipment). With a little wrangling, they ultimately let me keep my room. While they were initially opposed to such, as the room they assigned for the first night cost marginally more, I appreciated their willingness to accommodate my comfort. All in all, I would and likely will stay here again.

    Originally I was traveling solo, then my husband decided to join me. When I checked in the staff was friendly and we were offered an upgrade to a suite, which was a great idea since we had 5 nights there. A great central location, we were able to walk everywhere and had so many great options for restaurants and pubs.

    I’ve booked this hotel a couple of times for its great location. The rooms I’ve stayed in are tiny, but are fine if you’re just looking for a quick overnight stay and you’re only using it as a base to sleep.. The staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. I’ll be booking again.

    Whilst the staff were great, unfortunately the air con was not working, which led to 3 fans in the room, which was already quite compact. It was not a great nights sleep.
