Pros-very clean. Safe surroundings. Easy trail walk to Napili Bay, this walk in not favorable if you have mobility issues, none of us do so the walk was easy. Gazebo restaurant is close by. Fully stocked condo (chairs, cooler, flippers, beach towels), towels/washcloths, everything we need to prepare meals when needed. Easy parking. Firm bed was comfortable for us. Enough sheets/pillows/blankets.Liked they reached about twin or king bed option for second room. Supplied a box (you will need it, no A/C). Nice large ceiling fans. Pool close by, the little noise did not bother us. LARGE screen at the back patio and screen at the front door, really helps with that cross breeze. Patio had plenty of seating and table.
Cons-broken upstairs screen, I did let Epic Realty know it did not need fixed until we left. Condo runs warm. Small water heater, be mindful. Not enough soap, 2 bars and 1 hand soap, that is a problem when the bars of soap are in the shower, sinks and shower/toilet are separated, which is nice but we had to take soaps back and forth throughout the day. Keypad would not lock for us, kids could have bumped the lock but we couldn’t find directions on how to use the lock, Epic Realty was very responsive!
Keep in mind this is not part of the ‘resort’, so no amenities but we knew this going in. We were pleased with our stay, we would stay here again.

The place itself was wonderful. We loved it. Swimming with turtles there was a highlight of our trip. The unit was bright and comfortable and the listing was accurate. Some suggestions for improvement would be: 1) to have 4 chairs at the table on the lanai since that is where people will likely want to hang out and 2) do something about the washing machine and dishwasher that stunk strongly of mold. The only negative of our stay was being charged for a TV remote that we did not damage. It feels like a scam to charge us $50 extra, especially since we were already charged a damage waiver through our booking on Airbnb. For that reason I would think twice about booking here again, nor would I recommend this particular unit to a friend without forewarning them. Initially the communication with the host was good and if it were not for this incident it would have been a 5 star stay.

This unit is all about location. Unfortunately, we found the unit dirty. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning. Large spots on the throw rug in the living room. Dust bunnies on the walls, dirty screens and maintenance needed on downstairs bedroom window. Because of the condition we did not think the value was there. I have owned island rentals and would never have allowed my property to have been rented in this condition
