This PET FRIENDLY "Beauty and the Beach" tropical retreat gives you TOP LEVEL views of the ocean, marsh and waterway from the front and back covered decks! Dine on the deck with hardwood bar table, chairs and rockers overlooking the refreshing pool while you enjoy the ocean view. Inside a tropical theme with big comfy furniture awaits you. Relax in the bonus sitting room (with daybed) for a quiet place to read or send the kids to play. High-speed internet with 3 TV's for your entertainment. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, a tennis match and outdoor charcoal grills as part of Captains' Villas amenities. Cross the quiet street to our private beach access (located between 1067 & 1069 OBW) and sundeck to sink your toes in the beautiful sand!

Bed linens and towels are provided for weekly rentals. Beds are made on arrival (Trundle not included) for weekly rentals.

Captain's Villas guests over 16 year old must sign pool waiver prior to receiving key fob, key fob opens gate, 1 fob per unit.

RVs, Boats, Trailers, Golf Carts, Electric Motor Vehicles and similar items are not allowed in the Captain’s Villas parking lot. Renters are not permitted to invite guests to use the Captain’s Villas amenities (pool, tennis courts, private beach access). Amenities are only for renters actually staying at Captain’s Villas.
