Comfort and convenience, this unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit (Huntington building), just steps from Eagle Lodge with a beautiful view of the mountain! Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 4 people. Enjoy a full, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, TV, WiFi, stereo, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, and the living room has a sofa sleeper and a ceiling fan. The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"). Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. We’ve rented many condo over the years and this has to be, by far, my fave. The owners have poured love into this unit & given it many very classy details. The kitchen has everything you need. There’s so much space. Recessed lighting! Love it! Oh yeah, and you can walk to 15!

This unit is on the corner of the building with nice view of the mountain. The amenities in the unit were all very fresh and nicely appointed.
