Nicely furnished 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 6. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Dennison building walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, WiFi, stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom offers a double bed. The loft has 2 twins and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Very good location. Overall OK, but could use some TLC to modernize and repair. Worn out furniture and bath fixtures, leaking shower, scratched pots and pans. Summit is an older apartment complex, so this unit is likely one of many in similar condition.

Overall a great value, big place, great location, excellent garage. Price was stellar, which helps overlook the dated property. New carpet was nice, while rest of place is tired, i.e. it's an older property, 1/2 lights didn't work, shower heads need replacement, lots of stairs, the complex itself needs repair from snow season, etc. the little things. Would rent again in a heartbeat if value still provided.
