Nicely furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This unit is located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Bradley building and walking distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, DVD, and wood stove. The master bedroom has a king bed, the living area has a fold out sofa bed and there is an alcove with kids size bunk beds. This unit has WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. Pet friendly, allows one pet. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. Summary of reviewsGuests appreciated the great location near the ski lifts, the comfortable hot tubs, and the well-equipped kitchen. The shuttle stop right outside makes it easy to avoid using a car, and it's pet-friendly.

The only issue, which was no huge deal, was being able to locate dumpsters on site. I would definitely recommend this lodging

Very nice and well decorated, and super convenient to the shuttle to Eagle lodge at Mammoth. The shuttle is just across the street from the condo and runs every 15:minutes during the winter season. Or you could take the same shuttle back towards town and Vons and not even have to use your car during your stay.

Great location. Walking distance to Eagle lodge, but wouldn’t recommend walking there in ski boots. Right on the Mammoth shuttle bus route to both the Eagle Lodge, or to Vons if you you need a few groceries and don’t want to drive. The hot tubs are great after a day of skiing too.

There was enough TP, paper towels, dish soap and the sponge didn’t smell, it was new !
I emailed management company in advance re late arrival and they were responsive
Negative
Wasn’t really clean in a detailed way, when removing couch cushions to pull out bed there was dirt and crumbs and food under the cushions and in the mattress.
The carpet was stained in multiple places
The fridge froze contents (it could be on me, but I couldn’t see how to adjust temperature)
The sheets in the bedroom had package stickers on them, left me wondering if they had been cleaned.
Then overall corners weren’t clean, splatters of walls, hair in shower on furniture.
The unit smells, like old cigarette smoke.
Given the cleaning fee required to pay my expectation is that the unit would be cleaned, comprehensively. I emailed the management company about the issues upon arrival, I didn’t want to be held responsible for anything. They did not respond.
There are comprehensive directions but signage in the building was tiny, it is P-touch labels. We wandered around for some time before we found the unit.
