Recreational facilities include, indoor pool, tennis court, lounge, saunas, indoor basketball court, ping-pong, coin operated pool tables, video game room, and sundeck. Game equipment is not provided. The building has 4 elevators, assigned parking and a non-refundable registration fee. Oceanfront high rise buildings book first-act fast or lose your week! The penthouse units on the 20th floor are split level units with interior stairs. Common area usage fee payable at building in cash only.
