About this apartment rental
From the large balcony, you'll love having your coffee as the sun rises and paints the ocean full of color. During the day, enjoy the sounds of sea gulls and laughter as you get away from the heat of the beach and maybe enjoy a good book. In the evening, you'll enjoy the cool breezes and relax to the sounds of waves crashing onto the beach. It really is magical!
Located on 110th street at the Capri, this building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
This fabulous 3 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a TV and a vanity for getting ready for a night on the town. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a TV. The third has a bunk bed along with a twin. There are two full baths in the hallway that would be shared with the three bedrooms. In the living room, a queen sleeper sofa allows for additional sleeping accommodations and has a large flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need for those night you choose to cook at home. The living room and breakfast bar has plenty of seating for everyone to spend time together over a meal. The unit also features a washer/dryer and internet.

* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. Individuals or groups must all be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This condo is on the 18th floor. The Capri is an elevator building.
* Indoor pool, game room, sauna and fitness room opened year round
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Storage unit in parking area provided for guest use.
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes Toilet Paper and 1 roll of Paper Towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

This condo was exactly as described, It was clean and well- maintained. We were a family of 5 adults, a 15 yr old, a 3 year old, and a 1 year old and we had plenty of room, We are considering returning to the same exact condo next year. This condo is near 110th street and the Boardwalk ends at 28th street so it is far removed from any loud noise, etc. There is a bus that runs from the condo(and beyond) to the Boardwalk that was $5 for an all day pass. A Food Lion grocery store is fairly close. Two restaurants that we visited were RopeWalk and Dead Freddies and we thoroughly enjoyed the food at these restaurants. We especially like the fact that there was a playground at both places so the young children were entertained It was an added bonus with the indoor pool and the large game room. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Our only complaint would be that the dining area was dark--needs an overhead light, or more powerful lamps throughout the condo.
