Golf Course View - This new upscale beautifully decorated home on a the golf course, of the 4 ½ -Star Raven Golf Course in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the Emerald Coast's largest Golf and Beach Resort. You’ll love the open floor plan with panoramic windows to enjoy the beautiful views. Limestone/Travertine floors and granite counter tops give an elegant look and feel. The spacious, gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, and a dining table. The master suite and guest suite on the main level include designer king beds. The suite upstairs has a three sets of bunk beds plus a full bath, a great retreat for the kids!
There are flat-screen TV’s and DVD players in each bedroom and free Wi-Fi Internet service. A washer and dryer are also included.
We also have a pack-n-play and highchair available for your use.
Enjoy relaxing on the large covered, back-porch overlooking the Raven Golf Course. The Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center are only a few steps away, provides a large pool, shaded arbors, adjoining hot tub, gas BBQ grill with a full kitchen for poolside dinners and restrooms. There is even a grocery, clothing and restaurants nearby Grand Boulevard Mall attached to the resort, including miles of running /walking /rollerblading / bike riding trails throughout the resort with a lighted tunnel under the highway for total resort access.
The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car! This property comes with a 4 person golf cart. You can upgrade to a 6 passenger cart or you can upgrade and get both the 4 and 6 passenger cart! Note: golf carts may vary for the one in the photo.
The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

The house was even larger than what looks like in the pictures. It was in excellent shape and felt very much like a home away from home. The area is very nice and everyone is friendly. I would definitely rent this home again.

This was our first time staying at this location, but we visit sandestin at least twice a year, and we always stay at a Havetravelmemories location. This property was very clean and nice. The extra bunk beds upstairs were a huge hit with the kids. Location is nice and it's easy to get to everything. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved the rental. Perfect location. Just a few minutes from everything. Peaceful neighborhood. Loved that you could get everywhere on the golf cart. The pool was nice and just a few steps or a very short golf cart ride away. The house was very roomy. It worked perfect for our family. I really liked the 3 bathrooms. The rental was clean. Would Absolutely recommend to all my friends. 10 out of 10.
