Spectacular ocean views await you in this beautiful second row home with elevator, private pool and beach access directly across the street. The inverted floor plan offers open concept living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Includes a gas fireplace for winter guests. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a gas cook top. Dining table seats 10 and the eating counter seats 4. Home has 5 bedrooms each with a private bath. Hardwood floors throughout except for tile in the bathrooms. Master bath has large shower that is handicap-friendly (a wheelchair can be rolled into the shower). Plenty of deck and porch space to enjoy the sun or shade. Flat screen TV's throughout, expanded cable, WIFI, high chair, pack-n-play, laundry room. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water, picnic table, charcoal grill, deck and porch chairs.
