About this house rental
Welcome! Thanks for stopping by our house. Our host fees include a thorough house cleaning and linens delivered for your use. Bath and Pool towels are provided at the house for your use.
This 2 story home features everything you could ask for at the beach! Home has an inverted floor plan with large decks and a crow’s nest to enjoy wonderful beach views. Location is everything as you have a short walk to a private beach access which is located at the end of the street. Also, within walking distance to the island restaurants, playground with basketball court, candy store, and an ice cream shop.
The home offers a total of 5 bedrooms as outlined below. Each bedroom will a full bath and king / queen rooms will have a 43” LED Smart TV and access to an outside deck.
Primary Master – 1 King – 2nd floor with private bath
Secondary Master – 1 King – 1st floor with private bath
BR3 – 2 sets of bunks – 2nd floor (full bath adjacent to bedroom)
BR4 – 2 Queens – 1st floor with private bath
BR5 – 1 Queen – 1st floor with private bath
There is a toddler bed (crib-sized mattress) and a full sized pack and play provided for child sleeping (you will need to bring sheets for either / both).
The kitchen, located on the top floor, is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to create meals at the house, including multiple slow cookers. The dining room has a large open window to take in the views and the farmhouse table has bench seating on both sides (easily accommodates 8-10 people).
The living area connecting to the kitchen provides sectional seating and a 65" LED Smart TV. There are games, puzzles, and toys provided for family members of all ages to enjoy. There is a full sized high chair and a rubber booster seat provided to assist younger family members in enjoying meal-time.
On the lower floor, along with the three bedrooms, there is a second family room with 65" LED Smart TV and a wet bar with mini fridge. There is a convertible sofa (full sized mattress) in this room if needed. The side door - coming up from pool - leads you through the laundry room and to the half-bath.
Perhaps the best feature of this plan is the outdoor space off the back of the house overlooking the pool and offering great views of the ocean. The lower deck is perfect for those that wish to get out of the sun and enjoy the ocean breeze while reading a book or snoozing the day away. The front decks off the street-side of the house give visibility to the intracoastal waterway. A crow’s nest gives vacationers great views of the Holden Beach bridge, boats on the waterway, and some amazing Atlantic Ocean sunsets.
After a morning at the beach everyone will love the large private pool (14x30) to cool off. The large wooden deck is perfect for sunbathing or just hanging out by the pool. The custom built tiki bar has a sink and mini-fridge, and the hot tub is a great place to relax after dinner in the moonlight. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is also located in the back.

This place is exceptionally nice, views are gorgeous, bedrooms huge, bathrooms extremely nice , kitchen so nice and the couches so comfortable. The elevator is what sold this home bringing a grandmother than walks with a walker.

Our family had a great time visiting here in April 2026. We had the pool heated for our stay which was a massive hit for the kids (and adults). Our 6 year old daughter was in that pool just minutes after sunrise, throughout the day, and dancing in the pool after sunset to the color changing pool lights. The whole back area (pool, hot tub, tiki bar, shower, bluetooth speakers, pool toys, etc) was a highlight of our trip with the cooler April weather in the mornings and evenings.Also, fantastic location to see the ocean and access the beach. The corner lot made me appreciate how quickly we could walk (barefoot for many) from the house to the beach. As we walked the neighborhood, we observed that many other houses have a longer trek to the beach. We also appreciate that the house is on a quieter street than the main road that runs through Holden Beach. The house is also within a short walking distance to the Holden Beach playground including Basketball court, which we used a few times.The house itself was great and clean! We had some older adults and teens and there was plenty of space and options for our group with bedrooms, hang out areas, and balconies. And while the elevator wasn't a requirement for us, it certainly made grilling and grocery hauling much easier. Also, we had good interactions with the host and quick responses to any questions we had.
