Emplacement très adapté à nos besoins, très proche du centre-ville, assez proche d'une station de métro, assez proche d'une station de train vers l'aéroport et bien situé par rapport au stade Ernst HAPPEL. I-dé-al !
La communication "a fonctionné" mais pourrait être améliorée. Réponse en Allemand à mes deux premières demandes en anglais (merci Google translation). Échange de numéros de téléphone auparavant mais pas de réponse à mon appel ni à mes messages au moment d'arriver (début de panique). Soulagé par une réponse via la messagerie de Booking.com.

Super Lage, ziemlich Zentral. Sehr große Wohnung für eine Ferienwohnung, genug Platz für alle ! Kaffeekapseln vorhanden, top. Guter Kontakt mit Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war auch sehr sauber.
Die Waschmaschine, die in der Beschreibung lag, war schlussendlich nicht vorhanden. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (zu wenig Besteck, Toaster, Pfannen in einem guten Zustand...)

Spacious apartment and rooms. It had all we needed for a few nights for 4 people. Location was good, we like walking so we walked everywhere from there. Good communication with the owner who let us in. Easy check out.
We didn't use the sauna but it is an nice add on though. Definitely recommend.
Could have done with some spare towels for hands and a rug for the shower.

Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Man konnte mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof Mitte und von dort aus überall hin. Die Räume waren groß genug. Es war sehr sauber. Die Haushälterin, die uns den Schlüssel gab, war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt.
Leider war die Wohnung zum Verhältnis anderer, die wir hatten ,etwas spartanisch. Wir hatten keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, nur Kapsel. Ein Toaster ,wie in der Beschreibung ,war auch nicht da. Kein Radio, keine Bücher und nur Streamingfernsehen, keine öffentlichen Sender.
