The complex and location were both good, but the overall experience was very inconsistent. It seems these are individual apartments managed by different hosts despite being in the same building, so while the properties look identical, the quality varies widely. Essentially, if you’re lucky you get a clean, well-maintained unit—but if not, you can easily end up with a poor one. The reception staff didn’t help matters, especially the daytime receptionist, who was quite unhelpful and unfriendly. Another major issue was the lack of basic guidance in the apartment. The boiler had been turned off, and there were no instructions or notes explaining how to switch it on. This is something that should be left on or, at the very least, clearly explained. As a result, I only discovered the issue after ending up with a cold shower. Facilities were acceptable overall, but checkout time was also surprisingly early considering this is advertised as an apartment stay rather than a hotel.

The Stay: I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this apartment. Despite the positive reviews from others, my experience was the opposite. The apartment was unfortunately very dirty upon arrival, making it impossible to feel comfortable. ​The Issues: ​Hygiene: There were hairs from previous guests everywhere—specifically on the bed sheets and towels. Because of this, we felt unable to use the linens provided. ​Kitchen: The kitchen utensils and surfaces were dirty. We ended up hardly using the kitchen at all because the hygiene standards were low. ​Maintenance: There was a visible crack in the shower tray, which felt unsafe and poorly maintained. ​The Host: While the host was responsive to messages, it doesn't change the fact that the apartment was not cleaned properly before our arrival.
