We really liked the apartment, especially the beds and mattresses that were new and very nice.
The TV was nice and had google tv. Very good private internet connection.
The AC also worked very well.
The view from the balcony was great but not to the sea.

It’s a private apartment complex, combined with some hotel-like amenities. All of this creates a relaxing and holiday-like atmosphere. Large complex with a gated area. The building has a small supermarket with all the necessary food and other items. There is a gym, but single-entry visits are expensive. The parking lot is large and enclosed, shared by all apartments, but in the evenings it can be difficult to find a spot, so street parking may be necessary. Residents have access to the pool area.
The kitchen equipment is worn. There are not enough cooking items, and the knives are dull. The complex is also a bit old and worn.

Parking availability was hit and miss, especially when returning late. The gates were slow to open upon entry.
Kitchen could do with a few more utensils, a fish slice, cool box to use.
Sofa bed uncomfortable for two adults. Apartment really only for two not 4.
