Big holiday apartment for 6 people

Pretty big house on 15 minutes walk of the historical centre of Bernkastel-Kues. Clean rooms, a recent updated furniture, a nice balcony with castle view and a quiet little garden at the backside

The main bedroom has quality beds, but the second and third bedroom have hard mattresses. Not all curtains work properly like roller shutters. At our stay the bathroom went wet because the shower water came out of the cabin floor. The owner is very kind, but avoided personal contact; you should pick up the key according to instructions from him. We.prefer personal contact so you get explanation where you can find everything and how the tv system works for example.

Would definitely stay again and can highly recommend.

The flat is quite spacious, clean and generously furnished. Location is great, only a few minutes form the bus terminal and local shops. Walking over to the old town is also not too long. There is a balcony which we only used for cooling food/refreshments as it was very cold; at the back, there is also a small garden which will be nice in summer I guess. I found the beds to be very comfortable.

The kitchen could do with a few more tools like shopping boards, bowls etc. but if you are only planning light cooking, it will be absolutely fine. Although very nice stone, I personally did not like the winded staircase leading to the flat as it is narrow and potentially slippery.

Heerlijk.

De keuken was zeer compleet, afwasmachine, senseo, oven, enz. en alles was zeer schoon.

De woonkamer heeft 1 grote bank, en is erg kaal, dus ongezellig. Niet echt een plek waar je de hele dag wilt vertoeven. Maar wij trokken er op uit, dus geen probleem.

Ausreichend Platz für alle

Aus dem Wohnzimmer aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Burg Landshut und man ist relativ schnell in der Altstadt. In der Ferienwohnung war es sauber. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Die Couch ist schön groß.

Nach der Größe der Ferienwohnung könnte es eine weitere Toilette geben. Die Türen quietschen und wir haben die Türklinke in der Hand gehabt. Einige Rollos funktionieren nicht, der Backofen macht seltsame Geräusche, der Bodenbelag sollte an einigen Stellen erneuert werden. Die Ferienwohnung ist okay, aber die einzelnen Mängel der Wohnung sind doch für den Preis zu viel. Sehr schade. Hier könnte man mehr draus machen.

Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage und ist von der Größe für 5Personen angemessen.

Die Wohnung war leider schlecht renoviert. Fussbodenplatten heben sich im Wohn-/Esszimmer vom Boden ab. Mehrere Türklinken sind defekt, so dass man irgendwann die Türklinke in der Hand hatte. Jalousien sind zum Teil defekt. Kochen gestaltete sich langwierig, weil die Platten sehr lange brauchten bis sie heiß wurden. Wohnung ist für den Preis insgesamt in einem schlecht renovierten Zustand.

Mooi, ruim appartement. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. In een rustige straat op loopafstand van het oude centrum.
