I loved the room/apartment. The host was very warm and they were available just across a message. The room was very clean and very well organised. It had extra towels and everything. It is at a 25 minutes walk from the central - which was fine.

It only had stairs and our room was on 3rd floor, so that was a little bit of a problem. Shampoo and conditioner would be appreciated as this was via booking.com and not Airbnb.

Quiet home near the thermal baths

Nice, quiet and comfortable room, except for the sloping ceiling we had to be careful not to hit when getting up in the night! Lots of stairs to climb to get to our room, but we managed with our suitcases. Problem with parking. All spots in front of the house were taken both nights and the extra parking out back was too muddy due to all the rain. We parked a block away in the thermal bath parking lot. The home had a nice kitchen outside our room to share with other guests. We thought this home was closer to the Christmas market, but it was a couple of kilometers away, so we had to drive. Tried to get a taxi or Uber, but nothing available.

The location of the property to Frankfurt Hann airport is NOT accurate on Gästehaus an der Moseltherme website, I paid nearly €120 for a taxi to get to the property when we landed at around 11:30 pm. Not happy at all.

Very polite and thorough service from the host. Good instructions well before arrival. Spacious apartment. We had the upstairs kitchen all to ourselves as there were no other guests upstairs at the time.

we enjoyed our stay. it was good value for the money we paid.

It was very fast communication with the owner. we enjoyed free 2 hours in wellness center. We were lucky as we had swimming costumes with us. otherwise it’s difficult to buy it in the city.

it’s a bit far from the city, but close to the walks and wellness center. there is not a lot of view from the house.

The room was bright and very clean. I loved the bed! It is a high, double bed which is my preferred style of bed. The memory foam mattress was soft and extremely comfortable. It made for a good night's sleep. The kitchen was ideal for my needs. It had everything for light meals during the day. There was a coffee machine with delicious locally-produced milled coffee, made by a coffee shop in Traben-Trarbach. The little balcony with the table and chairs was ideal for breakfast bathed in sunshine. The bathroom was spacious and had a strong shower with an overhead, rain shower. There was no shortage of hot and cold water for good showers. There was a swimming pool voucher as part of the package. It is located at the edge of a beautiful town and the area is quiet, which is essential for a good night's sleep. There is free parking right outside in front of the house. The guesthouse is private so you can come and go without having to worry about meeting other guests or staff. The bedroom window looks out at lovely hills covered in trees. It is very pleasing to look first thing in the morning. It is very peaceful. The guesthouse owner, Herr Becker, and the manager, Jana, were friendly and communicated with me very well.

Nice Gästehouse outside Traben Trarbach.

Very nice Gästehause. We had a Deluxe Suite, with two separate bedrooms with each a connecting bathroom, and a door between the two bedrooms. Very comfortable beds. A kitchen outside the rooms with the most necessary equipment. Easy to contact the host.

Gästehaus moseltherme Ferienwonung 1

De staat waarin de het appartement zich bevond, slecht gereinigd, achterstallig onderhoud. De keuken bevindt zich in een zeer slechte toestand, en is echt vies. Onder het het slaapkamerraam is de rokersruimte buiten, waar s'nachts dronken mensen zitten en lachen. De rook trekt in de slaapkamer, waardoor slapen onmogelijk wordt.

Ferienwohnung war sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gab für die fünf Personen genügend Platz. Großer Tisch an dem alle bequem Platz hatten. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, großzügige Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Fahrräder.

Der Aussenbereich war nicht wirklich einladend und gepflegt. Für die Jahreszeit (Ende August) hätte man schon alle Sitzgelegenheiten abgewaschen vorfinden können. Die Kerzen im Aussenbereich waren alle abgebrannt und kein Ersatz verfügbar. Für eine Belegung mit 5 Personen war der Vorrat an Geschirrtüchern (1) und Toiletten Papier (2) sehr knapp bemessen.

Tolle Lage zu gutem Preis mit kleinen Kompromissen

Parkplatz vor der Haus. Nähe der Therme. Vermieter immer erreichbar. Küche mit vielen Geräten. Viel Platz und bequemes Bett.

Duschvorhang führt zu Überschwemmungen im Bad. Küche mit abgelaufen Lebensmitteln und komplett vereistem Eisfach. Keine tiefen Teller. Kein Fernsehen, nur Online (Streaming-ABO), daher nur frei verfügbares Streaming von Fernsehsendern (z.B. kein RTL).

In het appartement was alles aanwezig wat je eventueel zou wensen. En een tegoedbon voor het zwembad vlakbij. Goede, ruime parkeervoorziening, voor auto's en de fietsen kunnen in de afsluitbare garage.

We hebben niets gemist, alles was dik in orde.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Die Lage am Rande des Ortes ist schön ruhig und der Weinberg nimmt viel von der Sonne weg, so dass es sich nicht zu stark in der Wohnung aufheizt. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön groß und die Küchenzeile modern. Das Bett knarzte zwar ordentlich und ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür waren die Matratzen aber außergewöhnlich bequem. Die Gastgeber waren sehr bemüht und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und haben auf Fragen immer sehr schnell reagiert.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng und klein. Das Waschbecken ist zwar neu, dafür ist die Duschwanne und die Brausen erneuerungsbedürftig.

De ligging

Verkeerde inlog code voor de sleutel. Geen brandroute aanwezig. Luidruchtige (dronken) gasten. Gast die mijn studio in kwam.

Unpassendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Gästehaus liegt ruhig und in 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Moseltherme. Den dafür bereitgestellten Gutschein für einen zweistündigen Besuch haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Doppelbett hatte getrennte Matratzen, war aber dennoch bequem. Die Gastgeber waren kurzfristig über Privatnachricht erreichbar.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für uns leider nicht stimmig. Eine spartanisch eingerichtete Küche stand zur Verfügung, allerdings musste diese mit allen Zimmern auf dem Stockwerk geteilt werden. Man bekam eine lange Liste geschickt, welche Aufgaben man vor Abreise zu erledigen habe, sogar die Betten sollte man selbstständig abziehen. Toilettenpapier und frische Handtücher gab es maximal auf Anfrage. Hinzu kam, dass das Zimmer sehr hellhörig war und die anderen Gäste vor allem nachts/am frühen Morgen sehr deutlich zu hören waren. Alles in allem keine Unterkunft, die wir ein 2. Mal buchen werden.

Ruhige Lage.

Leider kein Tisch im Zimmer und es wäre schön, wenn es eine Möglichkeit zum trocknen der Baddsachen gegeben hätte ( Wäschespindel, Leine oder etwas ähnliches). Ein persönlicher Kontakt hat mir gefehlt, aber das muss jeder selbst für sich entscheiden.
