The staff were attentive, helpful and always available when needed. The hotel has a beautiful and interesting design, lovely facilities, and a fantastic view from the rooftop. The breakfast was also excellent.
We booked a private day trip to Chefchaouen and Tetouan through the hotel, and it was great value for money. The trip was wonderful, and our driver was professional, friendly and pleasant throughout the day.
There was no waste bin in the room (only a small one in the bathroom, and the bed was very hard. There was also only one thin, firm pillow per person, although the staff provided us with extra pillows when asked.
The room was advertised as a “room with city view”, which was misleading. There were not actually any windows you could look out of, so there was no city view from the room. I would strongly recommend changing the room description so that future guests know what to expect.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we had to sadly leave, we loved it! The staff were extremely kind, helpful and pleasant. The location was incredible and so easy to get to a number of restaurants, shops, souks, museums, etc. We felt very safe and well cared for. We cant' wait to return!
The mattress was perfectly fine but a bit too firm. That is literally the only thing I can think of.

The terrace was amazing as well as the breakfast.
Our room was next to the kitchen. There was a lot of noise very early.

The location and the staff
Bad maintenance. Dirty bathroom, water of shower continues as a pool around the toilet. But most importantly, we had a top floor room underneath the roofterrace. Noise all evening long until early night. Lots of noise from guests, moving furniture (contact noise), lights off and on. All together, not recommended. Staff is very friendly
