The host was very helpful and polite. The quite location and free parking.
An old flat with a bad smell and a need of modernisation.
*old and moulded bathroom. More than 20 years old in my opinion. Small shower cabin and very used toilet, sink and sink tap.
* the whole flat has a heavy smell from smoking.
* we informed the host 5 hours in advance for our arrival time but the heating was slightly on when we arrived and the flat was practically very cold. It was 7° outside.
Not essential but:
*no espresso machine provided ( we were in Italy for almost 10 days and staying all over the country and the espresso machine had been always presented.
*there is no internet WIFI or cable TV. This is not the host problem since she did not indicate that there is internet ot cable TV available but we did not expect that since that is a basic supply in nowadays
