The best choice if you visiting Venice by car.

Arriving at Le Cipressine we were surprised by a so friendly and warming welcome. The Sisters gave uns so many useful information for our trip to Venice. Our room was perfect - clean and friendly. It was lovely walking through the vinyards. An extraordinary sweets buffet for breakfast and No wishes left. Seems we have to come again. 😀

We simply loved this place - not only that it is spotless and very well looked after but the veggies garden behind the place that is so lovingly maintained by the lady owner made us fell in love with it. It was such a warm, pleasant feeling to be there with them for a while. Thank you!

Excellent property where you can relax and feel the italian atmosphere. It is away from the city bustle, altough slight traffic noise from the main road (which is approximately 100m away) is hearable. Breakfasts were rich and many things such as cakes were homemade. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful and speaking english fluently.

Delightful

It was my first time staying in an agriturismo in Italy and I loved it. The room, the landscape, the warm reception from the host, the breakfast, and every single detail make manifest how much of the owner's soul and dedication is put into the accommodation and surroundings. I'll for sure come back whenever I'm visiting this area of Italy. Thank you, Giada and all the involved personnel for making our experience perfect.

The perfect place to stay if you are visiting Venice city by car. Budget for money without compromising the quality. Homemade fresh breakfast, ( you order and the very polite young girl who runs the facility, makes it in a moment ). You have also a big selection of continental breakfast. The room is really big and new, with everything you need ( and refrigerator !!!) and the parking is easy and always available in a big yard in front of the hotel. Venice is 25 minutes by car and the small village of Meolo 3 minutes only, with several restaurants and markets. Authentic Venetian hospitality

-Location of Agriturismo is perfect - close to Venezia, Padova, Treviso, Bassano del Grappa and other towns -There is a room where guests can make tea and coffee for themselves for 24/7 which is very convenient -Lady at the reception is very helpful and friendly, She gives a lot of travelling advise and She also can speak English perfectly

Nicley decorated, comfortable beds but a lot of things are not as advertised

We arrived later than expected and they offered us self check-in which was great. Rooms and house are perfectly decorated, it shows that somebody put a lot of work and love in every little thing, from landscape outside to every piece of furniture in the room. We were amazed when we entered the room, it's nicley decorated, clean and cozy. Bed is very comfortable, there is a lot of room in the closet, table and chair if you have to work. There is large parking outside so it's not a problem if you arrive with car.

Not bad, just curiosity but when we opened closet (wardrobe) drawer we found very weird doll with no clothes, looks bit like Chucky. Maybe some child left it before us, but it was just spooky to find it in that rustical closet and we arrived late :) It says they have floor heating but it wasn't working. It was cold in the night and there is no extra blanket, there is air condition but it's not working. We got only half of roll of toilet paper. It's not terrible but it's weird. Walls are paper thin, there is four rooms on the floor and you can hear everything, people talking, using bathroom etc. In one of the rooms there was a man whose snoring sounded like raged bull is behind the wall. Also, train passes by every now and then. We were really tired so despite everything we had good sleep and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast - it says buffet but it is not. There are small spreads (marmalade, butter and such) on the table inside restaurant but bread is kept on the counter and you have to ask the lady to give you some. Also, if you want salami, cheese or eggs, you have to ask, it won't be offered. We wouldn't mind to pay extra just to have good breakfast, but there is this weird feeling like you are asking something you shouldn't. Sorry, it is really beautifly decoreted, you can see a lot of effort is put into the house, host was also nice, so it's hard to say anything bad, but there is a long list of house rules (some pretty ofensive to guests) in the rooms so host should also be accountable for what they offer in their adverisment.

Very clean and superb host

Very clean, superb host (very responsive and accommodating to all our requests), tasteful room, car park in the property, great location (we needed a place to stay on the way to the UK, not far from the motorway, covid safe, and with a car park, and this ticked all our requirements). Very clear instructions provided for a non-in-preson check-in as we arrived outside check-in hours. Will definitely be staying again in the future if going through Italy.

This is a small family hotel, very cosy, in the middle of a wine yard. The rooms are large, extremely clean. The view from the window is to the green wine yards, the smell is on wine and comfort. The receptionist is very kind, the welcome was very warm. Venice is very close and the small and gorgeous Caorle, located on the Beach is worth it. I would recommend it with all my heart to anyone who looks for a quite place to relax. Remote working would be a pleasure. Thank you very much Giada and Family.
