Restaurant and the garden . The food is delicious.

The breakfast first day is slow , we are waiting for 3 omelet 40 min . The breakfast second day was terrible first omelet is coming 15 min of our order, second is coming 15 min after and the third one after 45 min . We are the only one in the breakfast room. In the second evening the charge us 20 euro more . First evening the ice cream is 2.5 euro and the second is 8 euro. The scratch two times on the bill . The do not apologise about that.

The accommodation is located in a wonderful setting. The room is comfortable, and clean. The restaurant with its terrace and garden is cozy, calm and beautiful. The food is delicious, Girogio and Sabrina do everything to make the place magical.

It’s a very pleasant place to relax and enjoy some peace of mind — unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. There's also a fantastic on-site restaurant serving delicious, homemade food.

Recommend it if you travel to Venice by car. 40 min driving and you having rest in a quiet garden.

Unusual experience, new level of travel living. Great contrast to crowded Venice day. Soft music, relax, good library, silence and green environment. Wonderful breakfast.

The highest standart of agritourism like a 5 stars hotel. It was close to outlets village, beech and Venice.

Just read carefully the rules about "no meal at room". I missed my cup of coffee for 5 days until the owner has organised the kettle in lounch.

beautiful location in the italian country side. staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with wonderful local produce for breakfasts. the room was everything i needed and very clean and comfortable.

i can't fault the place. would be tricky to get to if you didn't have a car.

It was a very nice and calming place to stay. The staff was very friendly. All rooms were really clean and spacious. The breakfast area was really enioyable. There was a small shop on the accommodation premises selling the produce made in the farm.

Exactly what we were looking for! Very nice people! Very good food! Very good service! Everything well organized:) Products made in the house, from jams to cheese and sirups, everything top quality! We had the chance to find a little bit about the inside process of making these wonderful products and also, to buy some of them. The place offers peace and a sense of elegance. Each room is personalized and has a story behind :) Sabrina and Giorgio helped us discover a little bit of the place’s history and also, recommended us places to visit around. We recommend this place with all our heart! 💚

Beautiful grounds and rooms. The common area/great room was stunning. Giorgio and Sabrina were so nice. Breakfast was excellent. Most of the food was grown on site. We bought some jams and tomato sauce from them. They are produced there in small batches. We highly recommend staying here. Location is also convenient

Angolo di relax

Posto davvero bellissimo, in mezzo al verde ed al silenzio. Struttura ben tenuta e curata, l'ideale per qualche giorno lontano dal caos e in totale relax. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante della struttura ed è stata una cena buonissima e rilassante. Camera grande e pulita.

Unica piccolissima pecca la colazione non inclusa nel prezzo, se fosse compresa sarebbe perfetto!!

Das Früstück war sehr frisch und nur Produkte aus Eigenanbau Giorgo machte uns einen wunderbaren Abend, als wir nicht mehr ausgehen wollten und wir konnten mit einer Flasche Wein und wunderbarer Musik, die nur für uns ausgestrahlt wurde einen sehr gemütlichen Abend genießen
