everything was perfect. if you like to be apart of the city in a very calm area it is for you. big appartment with huge bathroom, kitchen and very stylish design. the staff speaks only little English, but it just make this place very authentic :)

Reasonable.

The fact that it was agrotourism was really nice. Hearing the cockrreil in the morning made me smile.

I received a message via the landlady's friend the night I arrived that the breakfast will be included in the price but it was not, the landlady demanded the payment for breakfast at the checkout. Should I had known there would be a charge for breakfast I would not have had the breakfast as it was not fresh. The landlady is a smoker and she smoked just before preparing the breakfast, I am only hoping she washed her hands. Also I expected to see some farm animals {geese, donkey, dog} but there were none. The cockrreil was out of the view.

Very kind owner, breakfast is available on a reasonable price. The beach is a bit far, but the apartment is ideal for an overnight stay especially for those who like the old fashion and the countryside. Recommended for families and for those who like silence.

Very poor

they dont speak any other language except italian. They think you know their language better than them. It was not clean. Smells bad. One they when we were out and then turned back to the hotel, we noticed that our toilet was used and was not cleaned. Evetything was there. As if somebody doednt like you and wants to harm you. This is very poor. We are not satisfied.

我和我的家人对这家Agriturismo非常满意，我们从意大利东北回意大利中部，在这里停留了一个晚上，我们带着2个小孩和一条狗。所有成员都感觉在这里很惬意。我们的小孩为能够住在这样好的地方非常兴奋，我们的狗狗也很喜欢在田野里漫步。早餐简单但是非常棒，我们尤其喜欢刚刚出炉的面包，很明显是房东自制的果酱。而且这里交通很方便，距离威尼斯也很近。

没有不满意的地方，我们还会再回来！谢谢房东！

Disagio totale.

….POSIZIONE DI MAPS SU BOOKING SBAGLIATA. Mi sono partito per fare il carnevale a Ceggia, e ho visto la destinazione dell’agriturismo sull’app di Booking e mi dava una posizione comoda per arrivarci a piedi dalla stazione (circa 18 minuti a piedi). In effetti sono arrivato facilmente alla destinazione di Booking… ma……..era sbagliata!!! mi sono ritrovato in una casa di una famiglia dove non c’era nessun agriturismo. Disagio totale. Per arrivare all’agriturismo dalla posizione (ERRATA) di maps c’era una super strada pericolosissima e impossibile da fare a piedi. Mi sono sentito truffato. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare ore e ore un taxi per poi arrivare in struttura. E stessa cosa per tornare in città e ritornare all’agriturismo e l’indomani ritornare in stazione. La proprietaria negava incessantemente che la posizione era sbagliata…facendo finta di niente, soprattutto infastidita dell’errore che le facevo notare.. Più che una vacanza ho vissuto un disagio totale. Volevo ringraziare Booking per il rimborso parziale del disagio avuto, a differenza della proprietaria dell’agriturismo che si è rifiutata totalmente del rimborso.

+ ambiente pulito e piacevole + materassi né troppo duri né troppo morbidi + riscaldamento adeguato (in gennaio è importante e in altre strutture mi è capitato che non scaldassero abbastanza) + Buona vicinanza a Jesolo (in 23 minuti) +Bagno spazioso e pulito

-3 sedie per 4 persone (una di queste è una bambina di 2 anni ma non per questo non merita la sedia) durante la cena o io o mio marito eravamo a turno in piedi; per altro sedie spaiate e sparse nelle stanze (cioè sedie ingombranti da posizionare attorno al tavolo in una stanza stretta). - la cucina posta in camera da letto (non la camera matrimoniale) con il tavolo però nell' ingresso (ingresso senza termosifone e quindi per avere il caldo era necessario tenere la porta del bagno -dotato di grande termosifone - aperta) -rumore e vociare fino alle 22.30 di sera proveniente dalla sala del ristorante. -in bagno non c'erano né le saponette né bagnoschiuma e shampoo (e per una notte non è stato un problema) -l'appartamento è situato al primo piano e l'ingresso non è esattamente indipendente, (cioè la porta non dà all' esterno ma per uscire devi passare dalla sala da pranzo del ristorante).
