We got our $50 deposit back

Should have read more reviews. Should have walked out as soon as we saw cash only, no refunds. We were burned on this one The staff was rude, the room was dirty, we turned on the TV and an adult movie immediately popped on (um, what if our children were with us). We were there less than 15 minutes and checked out

My wife and I didn't spend the night due to the room being dirty..the walls the paint was piling ..the tile on the bathroom was crack and very old.. the bed was very uncomfortable..over all my wife and I made the choice to leave the room and rented a room in Irvine..

The rooms was trash...it was old .. the bed ..the tile .the bathroom..the Wall everything was old..very old..

The manager. We were going to lay another day I had to go run and pull out money and I was 30 mins late. He told my husband it was fine but than when I got back he said he was keeping my deposit and we had to leave.

I did not stay the whole night, because I didnt need to.

That I had a room to full-fill my desires. The staff was very kind. The sign said no visitors. I did not know this pre booking. She allowed me one guest. That was all I needed. I was happy with that.

Clothes and items were still in the room that did not belong to me. She did apologise. I think was even little embarrassed. It really did not bother me as much as it might another person.

When I check in the cashier lady after I paid all the charge form hotel +tax*free by credit card and lady Indian in cashier ask I have to deposit $20 cash only she said when you check out I will return your cash $20 back but when I check out she said no no no return money $20 cash and when I ask for 1 more towels she said only 2 towels for a day
