This was a great location, room was clean and comfortable, but I have one suggestion: pull and clean the ac/heat filters, I have allergies so I checked them and they were dirty.

The room was out of standard cleaning, and the staff is not friendly

Everything was terrible, and we were not able to stay in the room. We were checked into the room smelled of smoke too strong, the astray still has ash, which is why we can not stay under the standards for clean up for new customers get into, the staff were unfriendly. We did not stay there

Rooms not cleaned enough. 3 days between cleaning is unacceptable.

Friendly staff at check in, which was very smooth. Room was spacious, very clean, king size bed was very comfortable. Check out was effortless.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. This looks like an older hotel that has been renovated. Good deal for the price.

Two nights of staying without internet. Fist experience cant connecting internet WIFI technology. Should do better than that.

The hotel has a decent facade. However, the rooms feel outdated, old, and a bit dirty. Not sure if there is a dog birding, vet but the barks of the dogs made it hard to sleep.

Enjoyed the stay

This was the second time staying here. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable and breakfast was nice.

The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower new and updated. Breakfast had several options - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal and a variety of pastries. The breakfast area was small. But the breakfast was good. First impression walking into the office was not great, but it turned out to be a decent place to stay. It took quite a long time to check in.

There was a big hole in our comforter, our shower drain was clogged and wouldn’t drain, same with our sink drain. We came home with many many bed bug bites.

Had a real nice stay beds were great

Property well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful. Construction of building is such that u can hear upstairs units when people are walking. Also a dog kennel next door so some hotel units can be noisy w barking dogs.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is a little older, but their rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great, lots of choices and they kept everything stocked until the end. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The pool isnt heated is the main reason I'll never stay their again. The breakfast was actually really decent. The facet handle in my room was loose. It was ok, decent value for the price. Liquor store is a 7 min walk which i liked

Gosh this place was gross. So dirty. Rooms smelled like cigarettes.

The room was clean, breakfast is good, staffs are nice. The area is not very safe. There is a park where my partner went for a walk he said there are plenty of homeless people.

The wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience just like the one in niagara falls this past July where we also stayed andhas become our #1 choice for futuretrips. The front end workers were very nice all Asians and the rest of the other workers are latinos mostly Mexican. All workers are 5 star rating and very helpful with your needs. Rooms are good size we had a king size bed. We arrived 1030 am the first day from our early flight in LAX and asked if there was a room ready since 3pm is check in and the staff had no problem getting a room that early on a Wednesday. Our trip was from Wed Sept 17 to Sept 21 2025. I kept reading comments how the dog pound or dog facility next to the hotel was loud due to dog barking but we were so tired that we didn't hear them. At night it is all quiet no barks and during the day we could hear them some times but we were out all day. The hotel has on one side 3 floors and the other 2 floors. Westminster street has a lot of traffic during the day and cars since it is close to highway 405 which is a major highway south to Mexico and San Diego and to a big plaza. I also read that the breakfast was poor but we found it to be good with all the essentials like pancake makers (2), sausage and scrambled eggs sections, orange and apple juice and bread with coffee and cereal were good. We were there for 5 nights and having very good times, quiet, clean, safe parking. Free breakfast is a plus even the menus are the same every day. Anyway, I enjoyed my time there and would stay there again.

Family stay was great. We loved it, the breakfast was decent with cooked eggs, sausages and fruit. We also enjoyed the pool.
