Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non distante dalla metropolitana per Tokyo Disneyland. Al ritorno dal parco si può usare un taxi a soli 2000 yen (10€). Comodissimo. Le istruzioni per riconoscere lo stabile e l'appartamento erano chiarissime e non ho avuto alcun problema. Il quartiere è silenzioso e sicuro. Nel monolocale c'è realmente TUTTO quello di cui si possa necessitare, a livello di cucina, bagno, pulizia, elettrodomestici. Molto pulito e confortevole. Si vede che è gestito da un proprietario che ci mette molta cura.
Stanza un po' freddina a febbraio, ma col climatizzatore accesso si stava bene.

Lovely room very Disney themed - I stayed here for Disney so it was a cute touch. Everything clean and cosy
Was slightly further than I thought it would be from the park but convenient stores nearby. I opted for taxis and I was exhausted from travelling Japan for 2 weeks but I'm sure the buses would have been just as easy or the 45-60min walk if I wasn't drained.
