Tamuland (apartment 403) is a really nice place to stay. Great host and facilities. Supermarkets and public transportation are nearby. Quiet at night,not far from Disney but also Tokyo Central is not beyond reach.
The owner warns for not making noise at night as the walls may be less sound proofed as usual, but we didn't hear anyone.
The proximity to Disney is a trade off towards its proximity to Tokyo city center.

It's one of the best BnB styles I've ever experienced. Everything we needed we found there. The facilities were great, the host made sure to make us very comfortable over there.
The only thing is that there's no elevator, and it's on the 4th floor, which made it hard to bring my baggage and my sleeping 6yo daughter upstairs.
