    Had nice stay at florian Amsterdam. Very convenient to travel to airport or citycentral. Staff is very helpful. They also helped me plan to visit attractions and suggested NYE celebration places.

    Bad services and they take too long time to serve a customer, room cleaning services not really for cleaning they just organise the bed for you and leave. Definitely not going back even for half price.

    The hotel room was extremely dark. Black walls, no light, no mirrors to get ready. The beds weren’t comfortable, breakfast was very bland and not enough options for what we paid. The location is great if you’re flying, but it cost a fortune to get to and from downtown where all the activities are. Wouldn’t stay there again.
