Logement approximité de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants avec un parking privé. Le logement est bien agencé, avec une décoration intérieure typique du bord de mer, et une petite terrasse.
Il est dommage que le logement soit envahi par une odeur d'évacuation qui ne disparaisse pas de l'intérieur, même lorsque les fenêtres sont ouvertes. Aménagement de canisse ou plantes sur la terrasse serait necessaire pour limiter le vis-a-vis avec les voisins.

Odeur d’égouts dans l’appartement. L’odeur s’est atténuée avec les jours mais toujours présente en fin de séjour. L’odeur présente sur le matelas ainsi que sa consistance
