Palas Atenea is a pretty villa with breathtaking views of Cala Montgó (Montgó Cove). A balcony overlooking the sea, 150 meters from the beach.
The villa offers two terraces, a brick barbecue and a garden shower. All rooms, both indoors and outdoors, overlook the Cove.
This villa, built in the 1980s, has two descending floors. The first floor comprises a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen, a terrace with views, a terrace with barbecue and a toilet. The second lower floor consist of a three bedrooms, two with double bed and the other with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
The house is below street level. To access the level of the house is necessary to go downstairs through the garden of the property.
The surface area of the house is 115 square meters on two floors, suitable for up to six people. The parcel area is 800 m². It faces south. All the rooms have external aspects and afford plenty of light and sun.
The home and the terraces have everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility or with very young children.

We stayed at a lovely house with a million dollar view from the window, and it was a fantastic experience! The place had so much character, and we especially liked the theme of old sailing ships. Every room had some unique nautical detail or hidden reference, which made our stay even more special and fun. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys cozy places with creative decor! House close to the sea, but it is 200 steps which can be a problem for older people.

When you stand on the beach and look back at the house you know how central you are.
Such a lovely place. Comfortable and affordable. The hosts were also very available and friendly which helps. Thank you guys for the lovely mid April stay!

We really liked our stay here. Great house, fantastic view on the bay. The steps to the beach ( 238+) are good for exercise 😊. One minor point, the bed in the master bed bedroom is not that great.

Nice house with beautiful view from the Terrasse! The kitchen ist top, also the view!!! around the house, it could be nicer... the contact with Cristina was really top - thanks a lot!
