・8人部屋はシャワーとトイレが2つづつあるので混雑せずに快適。 ・空港や周辺駅にアクセス良好。 ・リーズナブル ・近くにコンビニ、スーパーあり。 ・斜め前に駐車場があり、金額も割安に感じた。 ・部屋がだいぶ広いため荷物を広げやすい ・座卓があるため室内で食事を取りやすい ・コーヒーマシンが試せた（カプセル有）

・チェックイン手続きでオペレーターの音声が途切れがち ・チェックイン手続きで入口と部屋のパスワードを口頭で告げられるので聞き間違うことがある。（一日の観光疲れで集中力が切れてたせいもありますが、、）ただ再度オペレーターにつないでの対応はちゃんとしてたので問題は起こらなかった ・畳間用の布団がダブル用なので敷くのがなかなかの肉体労働。 以下は8人部屋に泊まって困ったことです。 ・冷凍室がないのでアイスや氷は保管できない。 ・ゴミ箱は滞在人数に対して小さい ・洗濯干し場所が幅50cm位のバーしかないため干し場に困る。またハンガーも足りない。ハンガー等を持参して部屋のカーテンレールや脱衣所のドア枠に掛けてしのぎました。

Love the location, amenities, big room! having 2 bathrooms and 2 baths is excellent for our family of 6! the projector is also great!!!

The room is new, clean and functional. The location is just perfect in the middle of Hakata and Tenjin.

Other than convenience stores, there are supermarket and bento shop near by.

Very large room with plenty of space. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets plus a washer.

The check-in process was horrendous. We arrived in 2 different groups but had to wait for everybody to be present in the lobby to be able to complete the check-in process and gain access to the room. When we finally got through the painful registration process (you have to enter all sorts of info about every guest in your party, take photos of each passport and each person) then contact the staff to complete the process. But trying to complete the last step we couldn't get through to the support team. The call kept failing and we would get a popup saying something like "sorry, your call couldn't complete, please try again later". Then when we finally got in touch with a support person they gave us the wrong code. When we tried to enter the building the code they had given us failed and the system locked itself after several attempts. We had to call support several times to get new codes and wait for the system to auto unlock after several minutes. The property provides no way to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. After we booked we found that out in a message that informed us we had to use a "nearby coin locker" with no indication whatsoever as to where one could be found. We used some at the central train station but that's 20mn away with public transportation... We could never get hot water at the double sinks in the bathroom and one tap barely let any water out. Thankfully the showers worked fine.
