Apartment was perfect for our stay, as a group of three friends. It's specious, clean and with a large balcony. The location is perfect for accessing the city center. Also appreciated the fact that the apartment was super warm and controllable by us.
We only stayed one night but in the morning we suddenly had no hot water, no clue what went wrong but it seemed to be a malfunction rather than a common issue as until then everything was perfect.
Also, a minor point is that one has to take into account the fact that parking is not free around the house and is limited to 3-hours max per parking spot. We had to park 10min walking distance away to get a free parking spot which was no issue for us but is something to consider.

Clean, walking distance of shops and bus station and ferry port.
The apartment was advertised as having two bedrooms when in fact there's only one, plus a bed next to the sofa in the living room. We were only there one night but it would have been a big problem if our stay was longer.
