Really excellent location to unwind take in the piece, look at the wildlife from the large balcony. Very warm welcome, fantastic location to travel about south Lincolnshire, Norfolk, North Suffolk, Cambridgeshire etc. Would stay again.
Could do with some more wine and cold drink glasses. Maybe extra towels.

Location, views and value for money
Unfortunately we had water issues due to the very cold weather (but the landlord was very responsive in having this fixed). The TV remotes need replacing and the kitchen utensils are minimal.

Clean nice bathroom
Bedrooms small and dark living room sparse not enough side tables or cosy lighting. The stairs up to the property slippery when wet outlook from property great from balcony but it’s wedged between other accommodation and a disused farm barn
