Excellent property in a fantastic location extremely clean and very spacious. I highly recommend this. The cleaning staff ensure every day the appartment is spotless and the view is nice also. It’s a double story apartment. So there is a lot of room.

Location.

The bathroom sink was blocked despite the maintenance crew having repaired it.

Location was great, easy to navigate to, and 24h reception. Room was comfortable and spacious, hot water and shower pressure was great, and also nice view from the window. Also Daniela was very responsive and helpful via text messages.

Multiple things could have been better. 1. Toilet was not cleaned properly. Found hair on the toilet seat from the previous guests. However, when I informed Daniela, she had the bathroom cleaned up the next day. 2. Insulation in the bedroom was awful. Window glass only covers one side of the window space and the remaining part is a metal cover that not only allows more noise from the busy streets outside but also allows more cold. I mentioned this but was told that is how all rooms are. 3. The living room curtains to the outside are transparent, so not a lot of privacy. 4. The most annoying thing was the buzzing sound of the minifridge. At night you can hear it, even with the bedroom sliding doors closed. 5. Lastly, the shower head was constantly leaking. I reported it but I was told it could not be fixed until after I checked out. I was offered the choice to change rooms but was not worth the trouble.

The location and its cleanliness.

The apartment had poor insulation against both noise and heat. I could hear almost everything from neighboring units, and normal street noise was significantly amplified. One of the bedroom windows was missing a glass pane, allowing cold air to flow in and making the entire apartment quite cold during São Paulo’s winter. Additionally, the appliances were outdated although still functional.
