I liked my stay at this property. It is very spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location is excellent and safe. It is close to many shops on Paulista.

Excellent property in a fantastic location extremely clean and very spacious. I highly recommend this. The cleaning staff ensure every day the appartment is spotless and the view is nice also. It’s a double story apartment. So there is a lot of room.

The bathroom sink was blocked despite the maintenance crew having repaired it.

The apartment is on the top floor of the Landmark Hotel. It was a clean and spacious apartment with a kitchen and relatively large living room. It is modern and well kept. The double bed and pillows are comfortable. The apartment has a mix of shutters and windows, so it is somewhat noisier than it would be with windows. With the elevator motors also on the rooftop, this might be disturbing for some people, us included.

Collecting the key took about one hour. The hotel reception could not find our booking and was unable to authorise our check-in without approval from the apartment manager Daniela. After we finally received the key, the apartment had only 2 beds ready, despite our booking for 3. The third bed was located under the sofa, but was without any linens or pillows. Daniela told us it would be taken care of the next day, but with a 13 year old child this is not acceptable. During the messaging on the booking app, Daniela told us 3 times (!) a full refund would be made if we left immediately. But at 830PM and with a child, this was not accepted by us. In general we found Daniela's tone of messaging very rude. After a few hours bedsheets and pillows were delivered to our room while we were out for dinner. The 3rd bed was never made. We had to do it ourselves, despite our booking being for 3 people and made months in advance. Our conclusion was that Daniela simply forgot to pass our booking to the Landmark hotel which explains our 55 minute wait for the keys. Maybe she had another booking pending and that is why she offered us 3 times to leave with a full refund. Once we were settled, our stay was pleasant, except for the noisy elevator motors next to us on the rooftop.
