Building is older but you get what you pay for. Rooms were worn but clean. Breakfast was better than I expected. Great location.

To start with, there was roadworks, which made my trip take longer then expected. When I tried yo contact the hotel, using the phone number displayed on Agoda and their own webpage, guess what? There's nobody to answer the phone because that number is for done sort of office...
Moving forward, even though I've requested no room service, I've got waken up both mornings by housekeeper, twice a day! (First to offer cleaning and then to ask me whether I needed my fridge to be filled up.
During my whole stay, the TV was not working and even though I went to the reception and even spoken with the maintenance person, those efforts were pointless.
Anyways: high price for service that does not follow the guest's need.

It's overpriced. The TV didn't work and in 2 days, nobody managed to try to fix it, even though I went to reception several times during my stay.
On top of that, I had a problem on my arrival due to road work, which made me check in pretty late; I tried to call reception to inform the situation, but guess what;: there's no recepnio phone number available anywhere!
During my check in I made it clear: no room service however, I was waken up the following morning...
For the rate they charged me, I shouldn't have none of these issues.
