De locatie van het appartement was erg goed, op slechts 2 minuten loopafstand van Uffizi. Het ontvangst was prettig en ook het contact voorafgaand aan het inchecken verliep erg snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement is erg ruim en de keuken is van veel gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast waren er een vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig, wat erg fijn was. Het enige wat we bij de wasmachine misten, was een droogrek.
Het schoonmaken van het appartement had wat beter gekund, bij aankomst was het namelijk behoorlijk stoffig/vies. We hebben zelf nog een keer stofgezuigd. Ook de airconditioning werkte niet optimaal en had erg lang nodig om het appartement enigszins te verkoelen. Daarnaast waren de ventilatoren van de airconditioning erg stoffig. We hebben hierover contact opgenomen en gevraagd of hier iets aan gedaan kon worden. Helaas hebben we hierna niets meer vernomen.

La ubicación es lo mejor. Muy completa la cocina y muy cómoda la cama.
Había olor a cloaca. Un rato ahí y te acostumbras.

Très bonne situation géographique
Un troisième étage sans ascenseur très difficile pour mon époux en situation de PMR et surtout pour monter les valises. Je n’avais pas trouvé cette information dans le descriptif
