A belváros legjobb és szerintem legszebb helyén van. Az apartman extrán felszerelt.
Sajnos a lakás csatornarendszere valószínűleg nem jól lett megépítve mert többször hallhatóan vákum keletkezett ami elszívta a bűzzárást. Többször nagyon kellemetlen csatornaszag volt emiatt.
