The location was great for Seville.
Access to restaurants and shops was great. The information sent was good but a lot to read and download.
The sofa cushions and living room carpet were very dirty.
I would recommend a welcome book with information in it inside the condo.
This way my travel friends could read it.

La atención del dueño, la ubicación y el parking
La alfombra, la quitaría o bien la tendría limpia, le faltaba bastante higiene y el ruido del aire acondicionado, hemos decidido no encenderlo

Great location, with all the space and facilities you need for a minimum 4 nights stay and the fact that, at a distance of a message, Emilio will be there to help you at anytime.Trust me, Emilio is without equal, he helped me with some issues with a lot of care and respect and for this, as I told him, the property should be renamed as Emilio's Apartment.
Minor improvements/repairs must be done in order to avoid future issues.
