Good location, responsive host

It is much smaller and darker than on pictures. Apartment need some updates on lighting and furniture. Also main door entrance has a lock issue and host sent us video in advance how to open the lock (instead of investing into changing the lock for a small cost to fix the issue). We spent one time 30minutes in front of the entrance figuring out to correctly place the key inside to open the door. In general it is not bad but for the price we paid you expect more.

Very, very clean, air conditioning was terrific. The unit was quiet most of the time, checking in was flubbed by us and the staff worked diligently to move us forward. Entering the building was easy, elevator next to the unit. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

A section of the ceiling in the bathroom fell right next to me while brushing my teeth. There was a great deal of noise in the day as the building next door was being renovate. We tried to leave as soon as the racket, hammering, etc., started. Some banging in the evening as well. The shower control came off the last day.

The host was kind and helpful and the apartment had useful basic amenities for cooking and washing. The AC was quiet and efficient. I liked the table and comfortable chairs. The location is good and key pick up and return easy. Elevator was an asset when I arrived with a luggage. The bed was ok but only for one person, for two would be far too narrow

The apartment has ants! When I arrived they were crossing my computer when I was working. Anoying and honestly disgusting. The photos give false impression of elegant spacious space full of light. In fact it is small and a bit dark, equipped to please the cleaning staff rather than the guests (wardrobe full, but indeed full of cleaning equipment that you must remove to have a bit of space for your clothes, big washing/drying mashine in the living room with a laundry for next guests and a sticker 'do not touch' but no space wher you can dry your laundry as 'your' washing machine is in the kitchen and does not have a drying function). The bathroom really small and uncomfortable. Strong tendency to overheating and no mosquito net (except the kitchen but even this one has a big hole) so you must use AC all the time. The bathtub is narrow, rusty, and cannot be filled other than by the shower. Overall strongly overpriced.

Appartement un peu petit pour 4 personnes (2 adultes 2 adolescents). Odeurs de renfermé désagréables.
