107 Headwards Retreat

The property was clean and decorated to a high standard.

I had to bring sheets and towels which is a first for me and also had to find £1 coins to put in the electric metre. This wasn’t announced until just before the trip and after payment had been taken for the booking.

The chalet was beautifully decorated and furnished, enough kitchen utensils were supplied and the bed was very comfortable with a tv in the bedroom as well as the main lounger are which was appreciated.

I could have a hot shower no problem , but, no matter how or what I tried I could not get any hot water ( or even warm!) at the kitchen sink or the bathroom basin where I had to boil a kettle every time.

We have been going to Hemsby for 15years and this is the nicest chalet we have stayed in so far. It had everything we needed. We will definitely be booking again.

The chalet was lovely, clean and well decorated as well as lots of little bonus features like washing up liquid and hand wash etc to make the stay more comfortable and handy if you forget anything. The hosts were quick to answer when I had a query and we will definitely stay again. The area was nice and quiet especially as the club house is so close. A few people have mentioned the electric meter as an issue but I have to say that we put £14 in when we arrived and there was still around £4 when we left. I know that we stayed in August so we didn't need to use the heaters but we did spend most evenings in the chalet and stayed for seven days so I thought this was very good.

The bed was a little low for me but I do have mobility issues, it was comfy though.
