The chalet was lovely. So nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It looked modern and home like. There's a well equipped kitchen, a relaxing seating area. The twin room was a nice size.
The site is nice with amusements, a cafe and a shop. It's a wonderful base for visiting yarmouth, Caister and other neighbouring places.. wecreally enjoyed our stay here
We loved everything. Others may not like that you need to bring your own bedding and some coins for the electricity meter, butvwe were well prepared , so it wasn't a problem for us

The beach was fantastic, but since the cliff collapsed last November, its no longer a short walk from the site
There was no pool on site even though booking.com said there was; as did google maps, google search, the street signs.
Hosts decided that they weren't going to supply bedding anymore. Told me after I had paid the full amount and cancellation was no longer possible.
Also, who lets a property out with only half a toilet roll....
