Location, value, apartment style - all was great. Perfect for a family with small kids (with just a little extra baby-proofing required). Dog-friendly. Packed with useful small things.
Not soundproof - could hear neighbours watching tv, talking - both inside & outside. The terrace is facing a fence of another building.

Trotz Ärgernis wurde man durch die Landschaft entschädigt.
Der Manager im Haus hat sich jeweils unverzüglich um die Angelegenheiten gekümmert.
Für die Hundehaltung wurde nach einigen Tagen ein 20%iger Aufschlag verlangt. Der Hinweis auf den erheblichen Betrag wurde ohne Antwort ignoriert.
